The finest asparagus from Navarra, with protected designation of origin, are freshly prepared, exceptionally tender, and full of flavor. We recommend handling them carefully, as they are very delicate. They can be served cold, but to enjoy their full flavor, it is preferable to serve them at room temperature, accompanied by a vinaigrette with chopped onion, green pepper, and olives, or with mayonnaise.
